I purchase as a gift for my son. He says, “ I tried this blend because of the collaboration with Kyle Maclachlan; obviously the influences of characters loving coffee has made an impact on him because this is one of the best blends I've ever had. I have wanted a blend with the positive tastes of medium and dark roasts for a long time: this has fair acidity on the front, a noticeable but not distracting silky, chocolate taste, a nice earthy and somewhat bitter aftertaste, and somewhere smokeyness gets into your system. Some days when I use too many beans I add a hint of sugar and it takes to the flavor perfectly. I prefer it as a pour over but I'm going to try it in the percolator as soon as I clean the fish taste out of it.”

Best coffee ever
My wife and I came across this roastery in 2016 when we visited the wineries. We have been buying ever since! This blend specifically is our all time favorite! With our Jura, this never disappoints and always has the best smell that fills up the room. Taste is magnificent!

Best Coffee Ever
This coffee was downright one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Living in Seattle for years, I grew accustomed to good coffee then moved to Dallas where I continued getting Seattle based coffee, loving the wine from here, I had to get the coffee and it does not disappoint.
