Finca San Carlos is one of the southern most farms in Mexico. It is high grown on a volcano straddling the Mexico/Guatemala border and shares many attributes with its southern neighbor. Expect an extemely rich cup with notes of Werther's Toffee, walnut, and tobacco.

    I asked for a low acid bold flavored coffee for my Techni Vorn Moccamaster coffee maker. Walla Walla Roastery put me on to Mexico Oaxaca Pluma San Agustin Loxicha.
    I love it. It is that simple. I drink it black.
