    excellent lighter roast

We're light roast fans, and we know that light roasts can be tricky to get right. This Peruvian is wonderful, with lots of rich flavor and none of the burnt notes that so often emerge in the roaster. Its an American coffee with emphasis on the dark chocolate notes, but there is a bit of fruit in the back.

BTW Coffee beans are our traveling fuel, so it was great to find a great coffee roaster out in wine country.
