Bedhatu Jibicho has personally managed her 84-acre farm for over 50 years without the use of chemical inputs. Larger than most farms in the area, Bedhatu employs 20 year-round workers and another 130 seasonal workers for the harvest who are primarily women. This full natural process coffee is dried on raised beds (see photo) in the traditional Ethiopian manner. Our City Roast brings out dominant blueberry notes co-mingled with more subtle mango and jasmines notes.

very impressed with my first order. Can't wait to try the next one. Will order again.
I have been getting into the lighter roasts and really have taken a liking to the Ethiopian roasts that you offer. I used to only get your Yirgacheffe roast (basically nectar from the gods) but this is a close contender. y'all will always have my business
I thoroughly enjoyed the Natural Kochere as it has the brightest, sweet, berry fruit characteristics of any bean I have tasted. This particular roast of Kochere was well done and carried most of the characteristics I have come to love about this bean. However the berry flavor was more of an aftertaste hidden behind the more earth flavors that first greet your taste buds. Overall, excellent roast but wonder if the berry flavors could be more accentuated buy a touch lighter of a roast.
