Finca San Carlos, located at the border between Mexico and Guatemala on the western slope of Volcán Tacaná, has a rich heritage that dates back to 1896. Their heirloom coffees and immaculate production detail render a sweet, acidic cup. Expect an rich cup with notes of cashew, Werther's Toffee, and chocolate mousse.
