Our Nicaragua El Diamante Peach Microlot is a labor of love for Don Francisco and Blanca Nieve. Their Finca El Diamante is one of the highest farms in Nicaragua with harvests a full two months later than most Nicaraguan coffee owing to elevation and cloud cover. The slower growth allows for the coffee to absorb more nutrients producing more complex flavors in the cup.
Our City Roast brings out the namesake peach in the nose, followed with Creme Brulee and Agave Nectar.
