From the botanical birthplace of coffee comes this powerhouse of East African acidity. Extremely exotic blend of three coffees from Ethiopia in a light City roast. Alternating berry, citrus, and earth notes in a complex and shifting cup. Optionally, it makes a stunning pull of espresso!

Red Sea Blend
We order about 5 pounds of Red Sea per month. It is our favorite of all coffees we have tried And Seattle has a lot of options. We first went to Walla Walla Roastery on a wine tasting trip years ago and loved the coffee. Creek town is also outstanding and we order the Three Kings during the holiday. Why only have it on wine tasting trips.

Red Sea Coffee
This coffee was instrumental in getting us through the pandemic. We have tried many different coffees over the years being in Seattle and now Bainbridge Island but Walla Walla Roastery is the best. The Red Sea blend is our favorite of the five we have tried but they are all great.

Red Sea whole bean
Very interesting blend! I like that I can taste the cranberry and salt, at the end. These flavors are not over powering. I like the speedy delivery and solid packing. The only reason I gave this coffee 4 stars was vecause it was Walla Walla's first blend that I tried. I will try more to compare!

Red Sea Blend
I first ran into this coffee about four years ago at the W2 Roastery and immediately fell in love with it. It is a good all-around roast for espresso, drip, AeroPress, or whatever you like. If you’re olfactory lobe is in good working order you can sometimes catch the essence of salt air just before or after a fresh grind. Highly recommended as a part of your coffee collection.
