Coffees from Rwanda are known for their rich East African acidity. Historically they are processed using the washed technique. This lovely micro-lot is processed using the more ancient Full Natural process which brings more lush fruit and heightened body. Expect notes of cherry, malted milk ball, and dark toffee in the cup.

    Purchased on an "in person" visit to Walla Walla. It was a random choice at first, but quickly gained me favor as I started drinking it. I have ordered it a second time, and plan to do so in the future.

    This coffee is very mild in flavor, and presents a gentle experience in drinking it. Really good.
