Coffees from Rwanda are known for their rich East African acidity. Historically they are processed using the washed technique. This lovely micro-lot is processed using the more ancient Full Natural process which brings more lush fruit and heightened body. Expect notes of cherry, malted milk ball, and dark toffee in the cup.
