I generally pour over, and this coffee is great brewed that way. It's not too strong or bitter and has a smooth delightful flavor.

Brown Bear blend
We love black coffee and enjoy this blend. Our usual in the grinder has been a dark roasted single varietal. We’ve been looking for something with equally good quality and flavor, just a bit lighter. This blend is nicely balanced and well roasted, terrific flavor, no unpleasant acidity. Definitely worth a try!
