Coffees from Yrga Cheffe (Sidamo region) are perhaps the coffee world’s most distinct cup with a multi-layered acidity and medium, tea like body . A light City roast brings out a floral aroma with jasmine, vanilla, and peach notes in the cup.

    Great coffee, great price

I have purchased coffee locally for years but it has become exorbitantly expensive at our local roaster. A friend of mine recommended Walla Walla YIRGACHEFFE. It's wonderful, the service was fast and the coffee was affordable. I look forward to trying other beans soon!

As former Walla Wallans now in New Jersey, we have yet to find a coffee as silky and as good as this one. We still order it today as our only coffee.

My absolute favorite coffee. I can't drink anything else! A lighter roast but very flavorful.

Finally found a truly great tasting coffee. We us a drip pot to make the coffee. No bitter taste as some coffee has.

    Ethopia Washed Yirgacheffe

Posted by Thomas Turnbull on Nov 17th 2020

Having gotten an excellent coffee maker, I set out to find a coffee worth using in it. The crucial factor was simply whether I liked to drink it or not! I tried five local "speciality roasting" options and did not appreciate them. I was told about the Walla Walla Roastery, ordered this coffee by mail, LOVED it (and now wonder if I'm even up to finishing off the leftovers from those unsatisfying early experiments. What I DO know is that I plan on enjoying THIS Ethopian as long as I'm drinking coffee! Well done, Walla Walla Roasters, congratulations and MANY thanks!

We fell in love with the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe at the Roastery when we lived in W2. Now that we’ve moved to New York, we still can’t find a better coffee, so we’ll keep the orders coming your way. Delicious.
