Coffees from Yrga Cheffe (Sidamo region) are perhaps the coffee world’s most distinct cup with a multi-layered acidity and medium, tea like body . A light City roast brings out a floral aroma with jasmine, vanilla, and peach notes in the cup.

Some friends of mine gave me a bag of this coffee, and I've had nothing that compares with it since. My daughter actually bought me 5lbs for Christmas, knowing how much I like it!

One of the smoothest, most drinkable coffees I've ever tasted.

    A bit-above-OK coffee

This one is slightly weedy to me. Not as good as their Organic Peru Norte, which is fabulous.

Amazing coffee. These guys know what they're doing!

I first tried Walla Walla Roastery's beans while I was in school in Walla Walla, and needed some coffee beans for cold brewing. I also wanted to try something different, and a local coffee roastery seemed to fit the bill perfectly. I didn't regret it in the slightest. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is by far one of my favorites. It makes the best cold brew coffee I've ever made, and makes an excellent pour over too. Although the price may seem steep to some, its worth it. The fact that they deliver is even better. I hope they only keep up the good work!

I keep coming back to just a few coffees, and this is one of them.

    My Favorite!

I used to buy the espresso blend coffee, but the sheer a bunch of friends whose coffee tastes I respect convinced me to give this one a try. It's amazing! It will definitely become my go-to.

This is my second favorite coffee and walla walla roastery is my favorite roaster. Sadly I can't find their coffees in the portland area.
