Our proximity to the Pacific Northwest's Blue Mountains provides inspiration for this complex blend. Five coffees from Central America, South America, and Africa come together in a Full City roast with hints of Filbert nut, semi-sweet chocolate, and strawberry. While originally developed for cold brew coffee extraction it is equally suited for French Press, Pour Over, and Drip.

The Blues
My favorite WallaWalla Roastery blend of all I've tried. It's the coffee equivalent of a really great "table red" wine. Lots of great flavors that successfully meld into an exceptional cup.

The Blues
Brewed first pot of “The Blues” this morning. Smooth great taste with a hint of hazelnut, chocolate and strawberry as listed on the label. The entire family liked it for breakfast.

We love all the products we've tried from WWR. Worth the extra cost for shipping! Thanks!

My Dad Loves!
I got a sample of this in a coffee club I belonged to and give it to my dad to try along with some others. He picked this one out as his favorite, and even cut the little label out so I’d know which one it was in case I came across it again. I have since bought him two five pound bags, one as a Christmas present. He calls it his “special” coffee for “special” occasions. Haha! I have not tried it myself, but he says that it is extra smooth, robust, flavorful, doesn’t clog his bean grinder up, and my mom says it doesn’t give him the dreaded “coffee breath.” It does smell amazing in the bag and being brewed. I think this is an amazing product based off my dad’s experience and other coffee blends from Walla Walla I’ve tried.

Blues Blend
Very nice bean fragrance and a mellow but full taste that suits me. And very fast mail order service which is appreciated here in Alaska!
