Mexico San Agustin loxicha
These are by far my favorite beans for espresso. I first discovered the Loxican regions beans from a local roaster and coffee shop. They did quite well with them, then they closed. So I had to hunt them down. These are in fact very much the same beans. Still superb in the cup black or mixed as any other espresso based beverage.

Mexico San Agustin Loxicha
We use this roast for making cold-brew toddy. When brewed this way and made into a cold drink you can really pick up the chocolate notes. Love it!

After being in the coffee business ourselves, we are really picky about our coffee. The Mexico San Agustin Loxicha roast is a hit with us!

I asked for a low acid bold flavored coffee for my Techni Vorn Moccamaster coffee maker. Walla Walla Roastery put me on to Mexico Oaxaca Pluma San Agustin Loxicha. I love it. It is that simple. I drink it black.
