BEST COFFEE!
I love the Old School blend so much. It's strong but never bitter, sour, or harsh. I also love that I can get it sent fresh from Walla Walla to NY in just a few days. I use a Chemex pour over and one thing about any of the Walla Walla Roastery coffees--they all "bloom" perfectly using this method. (I didn't even know what blooming meant until I used WW coffee!) It is so fresh and well roasted that it is utterly perfect for pour over brewing.
