This, is by far the best coffee I've ever had - and I continue to have it every day! I look forward to making my cup every single morning because this is so delicious. My wife and I use an Aeropress and a Baratza Encore grinder on setting 12. Then we pour up to level 2 and stir for 9 seconds, full to 4 and then press immediately. It is so good and so smooth. Well done!!

This is the roast that should be in every cupboard as the Guatemala Antigua Acate is consistent and balanced as a medium full city roast. I love this coffee!!
